Hello
A little bit from the Obamas weekend in Asheville, N.C, where they finally see "real Americans"!! And those "real Americans", for some strange reason, seems to really like the president.
From the Citizen Times
Melanie Carrick and Meredith Chetwynd knew something was going on when they arrived for lunch at 12 Bones Smokehouse on Friday.
The line that normally snakes out of the popular barbecue restaurant wasn't there and men were standing on the roof.
The UNC Asheville seniors walked around to the side of the restaurant near the picnic tables and crowded around a five-foot window with other patrons. Inside, they saw President Barack Obama and the first lady eating lunch.
"It felt like a fishbowl," Chetwynd said. "I could see everyone with their iPhones on Facebook and Twitter posting it. Someone said, ‘There's three comments already.'"

Hwang and her husband Christopher Hwang, and Steve and Anita Conly stopped at 12 Bones on their way home to Connecticut after spending a few days riding motorcycles in the Deals Gap area.
Had it not been for bad directions from their GPS, they would have been inside eating with the president instead of watching, Steve Conly said.
Either way it was something the group will remember. "It's not something you would see every day," he said.
Carrick said She hopes the president has a restful trip. "He deserves it since now we have health care," she said.
The president greeted everyone and a little girl shouted out, "You're the best president ever!"
Obama responded: "Thanks, but you're only like seven."
After he finished teeing off, he brought her a golf ball with the presidential seal on it.

Fun couple of vids, just because you can hear the excitement of those filming. The second vid is especially entertaining, as these super-nice folks did their best to keep their cool when the president suddenly came to shake hands.
