Herman Cain needs to stick to religious bigotry. At least with Religious Bigotry, you can make the claim that you are right, because it's an opinion.
In the case of factual analysis, he comes off as roughly as knowledgeable as Sarah Palin.
Now, I am no constitutional scholar, but I do know how to crib off of someone else's Youtube comment.
According to Article 1 Section 8:
To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States
However...
According to Herman Caaaaaaaain, the United States federal government has no jurisdiction over bankruptcy laws.
Now to you and me that might be a pretty big mistake. I mean, roughly as big of a mistake as taking a picture of someone else's penis and saying it belongs to a man named Weiner. However, I'm mildly certain that we will hear no correction coming from former Godfather's CEO, Herman Caaaaaaaaain.
I did do a check on his Twitter, and he hasn't yet "clarified" his remarks. There has been no complaint of him using gotcha journalism to entrap him in a stupid comment! Perhaps he has lost his pocket constitution!! I hope it gets returned, because it wouldn't be right for him to not get it back. He really should have just responded to himself, "In what respect, Herman?"
Transcripted Roughly-0
"All of these people talking about a national foreclosure freeze... you know, first there was "let's go sue Arizona, cuz they were trying to do something to protect themselves..." blah, blah blah (I'm paraphrasing).
He gets to the really strong part of his argument right here when he says,
"You see folks... The United States Federal Government has no jurisdiction over bankruptcy laws."
