In Norway not only has there been a bomb at their government building there is a story of a man dressed as a police officer opening fire at a youth camp for the Labor Party.
From a Norse source VG:
Eyewitnesses told the AP that a man dressed as a police officer has fired several shots at Utøya in Buskerud.
AP has talked with several who are on Utøya, which is in progress a AUF event with over 700 people.
The person legitimated themselves as police when he was transported to the island. He stated that this was a routine check in connection with the terrorist attack in Oslo, says the eyewitness to the AP.

Midnight Watcher:
BBC News Live and others are confirming a report that man dressed as a police officer was shooting at people in a youth camp on the island of Utøya, west of Oslo. Many are reportedly hit. It is unclear if this is related to the recent bomb blast in Norway.
“30 mins ago, a man posing as a police officer has fired several shots at a Labour Party Youth convention, over 700 people attending, on Utøya, an island west of Oslo. It has been reported that the man in a police uniform identified himself as a police officer when boarding the boat to the island. He said it was a ‘routine control’ in connection with the terrorist bombing earlier in Oslo city.
The shooter has not been caught as yet and people are hiding where they can. The police have sealed off the island.
CBS:
A former prime minster was due to speak at the youth camp, sponsored by the ruling Labor Party on Utoya, an island in Tyrifjorden. Approximately 560 people were attending, according to AFP.
Panic has spread as people are trapped on the island, which reports children are desperately trying to call their parents, or are trying to swim away.
Oslo police chief Anstein Gjengdal said anti-terror units were being sent to the camp at Utoya, outside the Norwegian capital.
