Right before the group began to sing "Keep Your Eyes On the Prize", protesters brought in dozens of red balloons and floated them to the ceiling of the capitol rotunda - with very, very long ribbons attached so they could retrieve them later and avoid being cited for...well, whatever it is the FitWalkerstan Department of Administration decided would be illegal about releasing balloons in the capitol
