7:31 PM PT: I didn't catch the whole thing but Byron York just asked Michele Bachmann if she would "submit to her husband." Bachmann actually answered the question with grace, and said her definition of submission was to show respect, and that she and her husband respected each other.
7:32 PM PT: Mitt Romney says gay marriage should be illegal everywhere because people live throughout the country and that there should be a Federal amendment banning it. (I guess the Tenth Amendment only goes so far for Mitt.)
7:33 PM PT: Jon Huntsman says he supports civil unions. Brett Baier tells him the question is why are civil unions wrong. Huntsman pauses, looks a bit confused, and then states flatly: "They're not wrong."
7:35 PM PT: Byron York, who asked Bachmann if she'd submit to her husband, asks Ron Paul if states should be allowed to legalize polygamy. Paul's answer: the Federal government shouldn't be in a position of defining marriage. Santorum is outrage and basically calls Paul a polygamist. Then he says gay marriage comes out of polygamy.
7:39 PM PT: Rick Santorum says it's awful to allow abortion in cases of rape because sometimes rapists can't be executed. And he says he's doing it because he doesn't want to put the rape victim through the additional trauma of an abortion. Instead he wants to put her through the trauma of being forced to carry a pregnancy, no matter what she wants to do. And then Tim Pawlenty comes along and says he's the most pro-life person on the stage, but he's not exactly convincing.
