I like MSNBC in primetime, though I like Keith Olbermann and Current more. In his old time slot is a very articulate liberal mainstream pundit, Lawrence O'Donnell. I enjoy his passion and occasional temper. He really gets emotional with certain guests with whom he disagrees. But, good grief, how WRONG can this man be?
O'Donnell supported Obama throughout the debt ceiling debacle, contending that his compromising positions were a clever bluff. WRONG. Obama compromised, and in the end didn't even insist on revenues as part of the deal.
O'Donnell has been touting one GOP candidate as the likely nominee due to his minimal negatives. He has predicted that Tim Pawlenty would be the GOP nominee. Well, guess what? WRONG!
Frankly, Lawrence O'Donnell is a bit conceited and overly sure of his opinions, which are proving to be wrong. He's a limousine liberal who doesn't have that good a feeling of what's really going on.
I think I'll go back to watch KO every night during the same time slot.
