Please help this woman have more respect in death than she did in life.
On Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. there will be a memorial for Cassidy “Chase” Vickers. The location will be at N. Gower St & Lexington Ave in Hollywood, the location where she was murdered last month.
It was Thursday night, November, 17 at approximately 9:55 p.m. that Cassidy, a transgender woman was shot in the chest and killed by a still unidentified and at-large suspect.
Cassidy’s mother is unable to afford funeral expenses for her. She has set up an account through the Bank of America called “Nathan Henry Vickers Memorial.” PLEASE help the family by going to any B of A location and make a donation with check or cash. There is no information at this time on how to make an online deposit.
Cassidy’s mom would very much like to come the Memorial on the 17th, but cannot cover travel expenses from her home in Northern California. Any assistance in getting Ms. Vickers to Hollywood to mourn her child would also be greatly appreciated.
Her memory deserves more than this news blurb.
