With 98.59% reporting, it's Santorum 29,662 (25%), Romney 29,651 (25%), and Paul 25,926 (21%). A linear projection shows Santorum by 23.

Tue Jan 03, 2012 at 9:50 PM PT (Laura Clawson): Fox reported that Romney's staff put out a teleprompter then removed it; watching his speech, my guess is he had to scrap a planned victory speech and fall back on his standard anti-Obama stump speech.
He's ended by reciting several verses of "America the Beautiful."
