With 99.94% reporting, it's Santorum 29,968 (24.54%), Romney 29,964 (24.54%). A linear projection shows Santorum by 2.

Tue Jan 03, 2012 at 11:09 PM PT (David Jarman): The Romney camp is announcing that Romney has won. He's saying he talked to state officials and has won by a whopping 14 votes. We'll wait and see what actually comes out of that Clinton caucus, though, before calling it.
