With 99.89% reporting, it's Santorum 29,944 (24.54%), Romney 29,926 (24.53%). A linear projection shows Santorum by 17.

Tue Jan 03, 2012 at 10:09 PM PT (jeffmd): Two precincts left, one in Romney Country, one in Santorum Country. However, the missing caucus in Clinton County is in Clinton city, which has broken 38-21 Romney (compared to 31-26 across the county). The linear projection says Santorum by 17, but Romney will get a bigger boost than expected from that precinct.

A county-based linear projection says Santorum by 17, but both precincts should be more Romney friendly than their counties. So let's call it a who-the-heck-knows for now.
