6:30 PM PT: This speech, in and of itself, won't have much of an impact on anything. But as a document in which President Obama is outlining his governing and political strategy, it's incredibly important. And anyone who is watching this speech knows that the Republican election plan—which is basically to call POTUS an anti-American communist trying to put the nation on foodstamps—is going to crash and burn, and badly.
