What I seek is a freedom for People to decide war and peace.
Government of People shall submit to the nature and wisdom of the People governed.
Whenever the decision to declare war is the first order of business in the Congress of the United States of America; the House of Representatives shall order a prompt and accurate petition of the citizens for a Declaration of War.
A two-thirds majority of the petitioned citizens shall be necessary to adopt the Declaration and constitute a Declaration of War by the People.
All stand-by and statutory authority of the Congress and the Commander in Chief to create and produce war shall be restored by the constitution of a Declaration of War by the People.
I hope We… will one day… All… seek that same freedom for People to decide war and Peace.
Imperfect words?
Surely… perfection is not what I seek in life… just peace.
It is my opinion... that...
In order to provide for the necessary end to unjust acts and declarations of war amongst governments and People…
It shall be resolved that government of the People shall in all ways submit to the wisdom and nature of the People governed whenever questions of war and peace are to be decided.
The right and freedom of a People or a government to defend People from war and acts of war shall not be infringed.
The right and freedom of a People or a government to declare war upon another government or People shall not be infringed.
To declare war; Congress shall accurately and fully petition the citizens of the United States of America for a Declaration of War.
Each citizen of the United States of America having reached the age of eighteen at the time of the petition shall reserve the right to participate fully in the petition.
The petition of the People for a Declaration of War shall use simple and plain words; state true facts and declare justly the evidence for the creation of a state of war.
A majority of citizens choosing Nay; serves to deny Congress the power and authority to declare and produce war; and deny the Commander in Chief the power and authority to execute war and acts of war.
All other acts, actions or orders; of Congress or the Commander in Chief, that produce or otherwise constitute the creation of war amongst governments or People, shall be limited by the wisdom and natural selection of government by People.
