6:25 PM PT: Dreaming about the alternate universe where IL-03 was unchanged and John Atkinson stuck with his primary challenge to Dan Lipinski....
6:28 PM PT: Areas of old IL-16 are 14% reporting, 62-38 Manzullo; areas of old IL-11, 21% reporting, 79-21 Kinzinger; "neutral" territory, 5% reporting, 85-15 Kinzinger. Based on this, Manzullo is looking pretty screwed.

6:45 PM PT: Tim Johnson is now up to 62% reporting in IL-13 (R) with 31% reporting. Looks like his home turf is coming in.
6:49 PM PT: Wow. With 32% now reporting, Adam Kinzinger is just crushing Don Manzullo, 60-40. Did Eric Cantor bet on the right horse after all?
6:51 PM PT: I don't know why the AP hasn't called some of these races, but it's obviously over in IL-02 (Jackson holding his monster lead) & IL-10 (Schneider up about 8 with very few votes left uncounted).
6:58 PM PT (David Jarman): Courtesy of jeffmd, here are the new breakdowns on how the old districts are performing. In old IL-11 (Kinzinger's turf), it's 79-21 for Kinzinger (with 45% reporting). In old IL-16 (Manzullo's turf), it's 61-39 Manzullo (with 31% reporting). In the neutral turf in the middle, it's 83-17 for Kinzinger (with 20% reporting). Guess who made a better first impression?
