She has not announced where she will hold said press conference. And also the timing is just in the next 72 hours no more specifics than that.
Where she is specific is in the conditions the press must reach before they may attend.
This announcement raises more questions than answers. And it's stringent conditions raises the question of whether her announcement will spur a negative reaction.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – State Attorney Angela Corey is preparing to release new information regarding the Trayvon Martin shooting death investigation.
This is your notice that within the next 72 hours Ms. Corey will hold a news conference regarding the case. The media will receive an email notification three hours in advance with information for the time and location.
Media crews should be prepared for a news conference in Sanford, Florida, or Jacksonville, Florida. Because of safety concerns, media access will be limited. Only one crew from each individual media outlet will be allowed to attend.
• Network T.V./Cable Affiliates: 1 reporter, 1 photographer, 1 field producer
• Regional/Local T.V. Affiliates: 1 reporter, 1 photographer
* Satellite/live truck operators will have access to the location, for cable set-up, one hour before the event. The operators will not be allowed inside for the live event. Engineers should prepare for a 1,000 ft. cable run.
• National/Regional/Local Newspapers: 1 reporter, 1 photographer
• National/Regional/Local Radio: 1 reporter
Reporters and photographers will be escorted in 30 minutes before the news conference begins. Crews will need a valid driver’s license, as well as their specific media outlet ID in order to get inside the secure location.
Each media outlet needs to provide their crew members names and pictures by noon on Wednesday.
