You ever really thought about it? What does it really mean to open your mouth and take a bite full of dust? Not very tasty. Kinda dry. Needs salt. Maybe hot sauce.
But all in all - bitter.
That's what this newly released chart tastes like for the GOP talking point about Obama and Jobs in the Economy.
This is what has happened to Private and Public Sector Jobs since Obama has been President. See that upward moving Blue Line? That shows that overall employment (the total number of those employed) has reached exactly the same point it was when Obama was inaugurated. That means that the recently released unemployment figures of 8.1% are all from jobs in the lost Public Sector and before Obama become President.
The blame for which can be directly laid at the feet of George W. Bush and austerity measures implemented by the Republican House and Governors.

As of April, there are now more private sector jobs in the United States than there were in January 2009, when President Obama took office. You read that right. We have now replaced all of the private sector jobs lost while Obama has been president. And that was no mean feat, given that over the course of 2009, the private sector shed about 4.2 million jobs.
Unfortunately, the news is not nearly so good when it comes to the public sector, where there are currently 607,000 fewer people working than there were when President Obama took office.
Austerity measures implemented by the Conservative Government in the UK, has shrunken their economy and GDP. In fact, they've gone back into a recession.

The UK economy has returned to recession, official figures have shown.
The economy shrank by 0.2% in the first three months of 2012, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) said.
It follows a contraction of 0.3% in the last three months of 2011.
There is no where -
no where - that you can find where gutting public sector jobs and direct support to those in need
exactly when they need it most has caused an economy to rebound.
That has never happened.
It's not happening now. The country and this economy would be roaring back if the GOP didn't have a struck with parking brakes locked on.
How's that taste in your mouth Mitt? Kinda dusty.
