There was a reason why the District Attorney investigating the misuse of Veteran's Fund in Walker's office, decided to launch a secret John Doe Investigation
-- he was hoping a John Doe Investigation might help get "better cooperation" from Walker's executive office on what happened to those missing funds.
Sadly, from the current state of the case, it looks like Walker's "cooperation" is something Scott only offers as a standard alibi in Debates and those million-dollar Koch-funded commercials ...
Document suggests Walker stalled inquiry

On May 5, 2010, Assistant District Attorney Bruce Landgraf filed a petition with court officials asking if his office could initiate a secret investigation into what happened with $11,000 in donations intended for Operation Freedom, an annual event honoring veterans.
By making it a secret John Doe investigation, Landgraf wrote that prosecutors might get better cooperation from Walker’s office, which had been “unwilling or unable” to turn over records and information needed in the investigation. He said he would need to subpoena county records and officials.

Walker has repeatedly brushed aside questions about the John Doe by claiming credit for launching it.

But [ADA] Landgraf’s filing is the first public suggestion Walker’s office later reversed course and quit cooperating.
"As part of the pre-Doe investigation, Investigator Jeffrey Doss sought to obtain documentation that would form the basis of tracing the funds from Milwaukee County to the Order," Landgraf wrote in his May 2010 petition. "The Office of the County Executive has been unwilling or unable to provide such documentation. It is unclear at this juncture why the Office of the County Executive has not produced (or has not caused another Department to produce) these records."

Aaah, maybe because Walker's office knew where the releasing of such an Audit Trail document
would lead? ... it's called "Catch him, if you can" ...
and that's the exact opposite of "Cooperation."
The Tom Barrett campaign has released a new youtube clip, which highlights this lack cooperativeness, which has come to symbolize Scott Walker, in the light of this new Joe Doe information:

"I'm a straight shooter."
But on Friday, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel uncovered document that prove Scott Walker has been stonewalling the investigation.

PS. This is not the only indication of Scott Walker's guilt in the John Doe Investigation, sadly there's more:
Scott Walker's apparent Culpability

Only time will reveal who was running the "secret network" in Walker's Executive Office, for the purpose of conducting "private Walker business" on the "public taxpayer's time."
Something tells me those "secret emails" will eventually have Walker's signature all over them.
Hopefully the majority of Wisconsinites are sensing the same thing, and deciding to send Scott Walker packing -- before it's too late.
Before they find out the hard way, that they backed someone that just can't be Trusted, with their state's precious resources.
Wisconsin deserves much better -- than Stonewall Scott Walker.
