You may recall this shameful video, wherein a Greek politician who is (1) A neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party member, (2) male, (3) A weightlifter, and (4) A former member of the Greek Special Forces throws water on one woman and slaps another woman repeatedly.
You might think that having proved he is beneath things which are beneath contempt, Ilias Kasidiaris would cut his losses and try to never bring the matter up again.
You'd be wrong. He's a conservative male, so he can't be wrong, and therefore his misconduct is Somebody Else's Fault. Specifically, the two women.

Ilias Kasidiaris is now suing his victims for defaming him. Wikipedia has a nice entry on defamation. The key point is
Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, traducement, slander (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words)—is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image.
I would say that under this standard all of Greece has a claim against Kasidiaris.
Unfortunately for civilization, the Greeks gave Golden Dawn about 7% of the vote in Sunday's elections. Scary times even if the Austerians did hold on to the majority of Parliament, which gave the stock markets about a 2 hour bounce before they realized that Greece is still in terrible trouble and that Austerity is not going to work this time, either.
