Mr. Romney, since you seek to be the chief executive of the United States Government, and one of the major issues confronting this country is the state of our financial system, I'd like to understand your personal commitment to the well-being of the American financial system.
So please answer this question, which has two parts.
Part 1 - please list all accounts, trusts and similar financial assets held directly or indirectly by you and/or your wife in American financial institutions, and the value of such accounts, trusts, and assets.
Part 2 - please list all accounts, trusts, and similar financial assets held directly or indirectly by you and/or your wife in financial institutions outside the United States, and the value of such accounts, trusts, and assets.
Please demonstrate your personal faith in the American financial institution by demonstrating you have a greater commitment to it demonstrated by the number and value of accounts in this country as compared to those in other countries.
If you are unwilling to be transparent about your financial situation, as seems to be the pattern demonstrated by your refusal to release your tax returns, why shouldn't we have doubts about your willingness to be transparent in your actions should - GOD FORBID - you become President of the United States? After all, when you departed the only Government job you ever held, Governor of Massachusetts, you destroyed all the records you could by buying all the computer hard drives and destroying them.
Let me make it simple for you Mr. Romney, some basic questions 0
where is your money, how did you make, what kind of taxes did you pay and why should the American people give power over their financial future to a man who will not be forthcoming about such things as these?
