A last minute directive has been issued by Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted. (Yes, he's a Republican.)
This directive was issued Friday and lays out requirements for submitting a provisional ballot which appear to be contrary to Ohio law. The directive puts the burden on the voter to correctly record the form of ID provided by election officials. Husted instructed election officials that if the form is not filled out correctly, the ballot should not be counted. He is essentially ignoring a court decision on provisional ballots a week ago, and contrary to statements made by attorneys for Husted. It also seems to be contrary to Ohio law.

My apologies if something about this is already up, but I haven't seen it, and I thought people would want to hear it.
I think it's sickening just how blatant it's getting, and it's highly disturbing to me that he thinks he can get away with this. Essentially, the court makes a ruling and he just decides he won't pay attention to it. That's what it looks like to me.
