Daily Kos Radio's Kagro in the Morning show podcasts are now available through iTunes.

How about that DC Circuit Court of Appeals, huh? No more recess appointments? And almost all of those made by the last half dozen presidents all potentially invalid? Wow!

And, of course, Mitch McConnell is out there bragging that he "beat the liberals" on filibuster reform. Should we care?

There's a lot of that "constitutional hardball" going on out there. Are we ready?

We're LIVE at 9 a.m. ET with Kagro in the Morning, thanks to NetrootsRadio.com.

?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

You can add a private note to this diary when hotlisting it:

    immigration reform:

    1. Create a tough but fair path to citizenship for unauthorized immigrants currently living in the United States that is contingent upon securing our borders and tracking whether legal immigrants have left the country when required;

    2. Reform our legal immigration system to better recognize the importance of characteristics that will help build the American economy and strengthen American families;

    3. Create an effective employment verification system that will prevent identity theft and end the hiring of future unauthorized workers; and,

    4. Establish an improved process for admitting future workers to serve our nation's workforce needs, while simultaneously protecting all workers.

    and Sister Sarah:
    Palin, after all, “was more theatrics than anything else.” In a sense, Willie Geist chimed in, Palin was a “proxy” for many conservatives to fight the media, Democrats, and President Obama. For those who felt they were treated the way she was treated.

    She represented “Republican resentment,” Scarborough said. And unlike Ronald Reagan, she was unable to follow through on it.

    •  What is it, exactly? (0+ / 0-)

      IE users get what? Pop-ups from Stitcher? Just from embedding their player, or does it happen if you actually click on the player to use it?

      •  it says "Message from web page" (0+ / 0-)

        in body of message it says "It seems we've encountered an internet hiccup" etc

        from IE on another pc (IE 9), no popup....

        from IE 10, popup.  i can scroll to the stitcher dialog box and see it do something, then another popup... doesn't go away after clicking Ok or Cancel.

        i thought this was important to mention because people will think daily kos is infecting their pc's.

        •  Thank you. (0+ / 0-)

          I get what you mean. I'm not sure whether it's a problem for non-IE users. I haven't experienced any problems in Firefox. And I'm hopeful that it's not bothering anyone else. But it's important to know what the user experience is with outside vendors, so that we don't run into problems like this.

          I'll see if I can figure it out in a way that allows us to keep using Stitcher.
