I mean, how it REALLY works.
Add keywords that describe this diary.
Separate multiple keywords with commas.

More Tagging tips:
A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?
Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.
If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office.
CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.
Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.
Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary:
Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House.
If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state
Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries
that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
You must be a member of a group to use this feature.

Fracking fluids were developed with tax payers money in the form of research grants.
I wonder how many repugs would fillibuster a bill today to stop funding fracking fluid research if it was just being developed now
In all affairs it's a healthy thing now and then to hang a question mark on the things you have long taken for granted." Bertrand Russell (1872-1970)

fluid is a convenient way to dispose of hazardous wastes that can't be dumped in water-ways. I thought it was a real two-fer. Put nasty stuff to profitable use.

It would be a violation of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act to take a RCRA listed hazardous waste and dispose of it via a hydraulic fracturing operation.

well or just dumped illegally straight into a creek or marsh, now it's used as a treatment for public roads. YIPPEE! That's green isn't it? Recycle, Reduce, RE-USE! You can now use it to De-Ice Roads.
And this is how it works. First they fill a tank with cream filled kittens, and then they put a big hose on that tank and squirt the giggling, purring (WARM) purring kittens onto icy roads, and as the kittens snuggle each other in nauseating cuteness, this causes the snow and ice to melt, along with our hearts.
Pure Effing Genius I tell you!
Who knew that kittens are so versatile?

put up those soviet-esque looking sound screens in the suburbs where they drill for oil right next to homes and schools. So we won't hear the cute sounds of purring kittens.
