Yes, I know...Prop 8 has more death notices than Mark Twain, and keeps popping up like a Whack-a-mole, but The California Supreme Court at 2:26pm this afternoon
turned down the latest appeal by those whacked out "Conservative Christians" who filed a brief to re-enforce Prop 8.
The brief in California Supreme Court case S211990—Hollingsworth et al., v. O'Connell (Brown), attempted to get the SCOTUS ruling of June to apply to only the two sets plaintiffs, the two counties from which the case originated, two cows chewing their cud in the San Joaquin valley, or whatever dementia flitted across their feeble minds...
But today the Court turned down their challenge, effectively ending (at least for now) all litigation against gay marriage in California.
