Back on Monday, Jerome Corsi appeared on Alex Jones' show to declare that Obama helped mastermind the terrorist attack on Westgate Mall in Nairobi. No, I'm not kidding.
Corsi claims that Obama and former Kenyan prime minister Raila Odinga were in cahoots with radical Islamists to allow terrorists linked with al-Shabaab, the Somali chapter of al-Qaeda, to enter Kenya in massive numbers. Jones got in on the act, saying that the attack was made possible by "Obama behind jihadis." He claimed al-Qaeda was fighting a series of proxy wars to help radical Islamists take over all of north Africa.
Corsi has been one of the wingnuts pushing the claim that Odinga is a radical Islamist and Communist. In fact, Odinga is a born-again Christian and has helped lead the charge to fend off al-Shabaab.
That Corsi has gone there comes as no surprise. After all, he's probably second only to Orly Taitz in pushing birther lunacy. But apparently the Internet has already delivered its verdict--if you try to watch Corsi's appearance directly on YouTube (as opposed to via an embedded video), you get a message that the YouTube community has flagged this video as potentially graphic and offensive.
