I loved the diary about the breakthrough in Quantum Physics that reduces the endless mathematic equation of the universe to a simple geometry. I browsed through (though admittedly didn't read each) of the comments on this popular diary, but I didn't see a single mention of the ancient source of this geometry. The geometric pattern of the Quantum Physics discovery is a portion of the flower of life. That is considered the sacred geometry of ancient religious and philosophy students.

The earliest known 2D flower of life is in a nearly 6000 year old Egyptian tempe carved in granite on a wall in Abydos, I believe known as the Osirian Temple.
There are some books that go into detail about where the geometry can be found in archaeologic sites around the world. I think (not sure about this) that the study of the Kabala is based on the flower of life. Some groups believed it is the foundation of the universe. Interesting that physicists today have resolved quantum theory mathematics to the same sacred geometry.
