Time to shine a spotlight on the dark corner of hell where Lord Voldemort himself (aka Jim DeMint) sits pulling the strings and helping these so-called elected leaders in the GOP strap on their suicide vests to fight his war.  While some of these dimwit Tea Party darlings are just paying the piper for getting them "elected," most are high enough on the Heritage Foundation Koolaid that they are climbing all over each other to please Lord Voldemort.

Does anyone really believe for a second that this egomaniacal little man really resigned from a safe, power-wielding seat as a US Senator (not to mention the official mouthpiece for the Tea Party) to lead think-tank policy analyses, studies, and debates?  Those of us who have had the misfortune of him as our Senator know there is not a chance in hell he made that move without having an ultimate prize in store.  First of all, he is no "thinker."  He is a sanctimonious, power hungry, control freak who is hell-bent on on shoving his beliefs down everyone's throats and expecting to be thanked for it.  He resigned his Senate seat so he could live out his wet-dream of bringing the U.S. government to its knees at his feet.

With the Heritage Foundation and it's political arm Heritage Action, he sees his chance to do what he could not do as a US Senator - control and ultimately destroy democratic "majority rule" government.  From his dark little corner in hell, Voldemort is wielding power, money, and his continued leadership of the Tea Party to force the GOP into performing suicide missions on his behalf.

And the Honorable Ernest "Fritz" Hollings agrees

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
