We know the right-wingers don't learn from experience, and nowhere is that more obvious than in their attempts to use social media. Somehow they think that they establish their relevance, not to mention their hipness, by using Twitter to disseminate their message.
It never works for them. Remember those hilarious RNC promoted hashtags during the Presidential campaign? Well, they're at it again. This time it's Fix the Debt, that astroturf group of billionaires out to gut Social Security and Medicare. They decided today would be a good day to host a Twitter Q&A, using the hashtag #fixthedebtqa . How'd it go?
Well, the FT, in a news digest, put it this way:
Fix the Debt's Q&A didn't go very well.
I'm sure there's still time to play. Can you beat Sam Seder's
How about Howard Camerik's
Who knew that FTD could provide so many hours of good, wholesome fun?
