How does an advocacy group have both an Institute for Legal Reform (IFLR) and a National Chamber Litigation Center? One group that attempts to weaken consumer rights and access to the court system, and another that fully utilizes the court system to protect its constituents' (i.e., big business and big insurance) turf. Only the U.S. Chamber of Commerce could pull that off, and having a billion dollar historical investment in lobbying helps. As the saying goes, "do as I say, not as I sue".
