That's pretty much a slam dunk case there, right? Clearly, Hillary Clinton is covering up something on Benghazi because she said it doesn't make a difference whether or not it was preventable.
Sure, except that's not at all what Hillary Clinton said. Not even close. What she said was that the GOP's obsession over the accuracy of Susan Rice's talking points was absurd. That was what she said didn't make a difference. And she then said:
It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again, Senator.
So it turns out that Hillary Clinton actually said the exact opposite of what Reince Priebus claimed she said. But the fact that his tweet was based on a lie doesn't mean Priebus has a bad social media strategy, because as long as the people he's trying to reach retweet his bogus claims, what difference does it make?
