The Koch Brothers hold meetings for political action by their very rich extremist allies who seek to control all politics in our country, from school board to the White House...all for their own increased profit and all at the expense of everyone else who lives here...from Bill Moyer's site...

Please understand the right is not a grass roots collection of quaint is a
coordinated attack on democracy, deliberate, highly funded and aggressively evil.

We DO have actual enemies, and they all live here.

Our defense is voting and Unions.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

the activities of The Kochs not as a promotion of their extremist Conservative ideology but rather as their enlistment of political Conservatives in advancing their extremist pro-Koch agenda?

It seems to me there is a substantial difference - and the general tendency to characterize what they are doing as advancing "Conservative" causes is a mistake we make which plays in their favor.

I asked them if they were founded and funded by the Koch brothers. I already knew the answer. They lied and said they were not.

Please understand the right is not a grass roots collection of quaint loonies
There are tens of millions of "quaint loonies" who share our country with us. Yes, they have benefactors such as the Kochs who supply the movement with finances. And the Kochs get to decide how their money is spent, which means that they can partly drive the agenda. But the right wing in the US is not just a handful of rich people. It is millions of people who vote.

Time for a review and new look at just who is the enemy of the state, and their impact on the commons as a whole.

    •  I saw that a lot when I used to read right wing (0+ / 0-) owners regularly stated they would not hire anyone they felt was a "libtard", and would make life terrible for those who already were working there and eventually fire them with no notice.

This actually IS violence in its own way...we are in a war that many liberals/Democrats refuse to believe is going on. The extreme right wants nothing less than to end democracy and rule us all as some neo-feudal empire. They have lots of money, they have lots of organization and they have been doing this for decades.

Please understand they are NOT fat high school dropouts living in mom's basement...they are very powerful, serious and very sick people with many foolish followers.

housewife they hired knew nothing about politics .

I was hired in early 2008 and he used to put op-eds on everyones chair in the morning from the IBD, I would mark them up and give them back.

That was the beginning of the end....I was fired in 2010 and the last thing I handled was a fedex from Charles Koch.

Wonder what would happen when the right wing nuts wake up and figure out what happened? Would they take their hoard of guns and go 1% hunting. You would see real gun control then.
