I suppose many of you must of had this experience but this was my first time.
I'm used to getting telephone calls with my number picked out of a computer, however this is the first time I have had a robot call by a robot.
Now I speak French well but with a French Canadian accent and dialect. So my charming French Robot asked me some questions, when I replied it was continually confused and asked me to repeat.
The reason I cant stop laughing is that a few of our local Bretons have the same problem with my accent and the robot's voice reminded me of one of them in particular.
The French in general are pretty accent deaf [i.e. they have problems with them] so why should I be surprised that their robots have the same problem.
Sorry for the fluffy diary, but
I find it hilarious, Siri, are you there?
