This is going to be a Q&D diary, but shooting off of fireworks lead to people getting shot (and thankfully not killed). Go below for the details.

WILLISTON, N.D. — A man was arrested and faces felony charges after police say he opened fire in the direction of neighbors who were setting off fireworks in Williston, injuring two people.
According to a police affidavit, 59-year-old David Allen Bartz told officers he was "fed up" with neighbors setting off fireworks and began shooting his .20 gauge Beretta shotgun in the air on Friday night. Bartz is originally from California, according to a Williams County Jail booking report.
According to the affidavit, Bartz told law enforcement officers that the victims got what they deserved. He then called them "a bunch of sissies," because he had been shot at closer range before. After discharging his weapon, Bartz allegedly said he walked over to his neighbors' garage carrying his shotgun and asked, "Have you had enough?"
Clearly Bartz has some issues when one thinks the best way to handle fireworks is to shoot at people. I'm just amazed that neither man was killed or more seriously injured.
