Just yesterday I reported to you about an article on RedState and the burgeoning battle between the ignorant nut bags and the truly soulless nut bags. So, upon seeing yet another rich opportunity to gain insight into the warped minds of our opponents, I decided to make this a regular, although not daily, contribution to the DK community.
Today's insight comes from Front-pager Jason Hart (so we know he isn't one of us) and it was actually posted yesterday. It is titled Kasichcare Enrollment Rapidly Approaching 300000.
Having been a regular reader of Brainwrap here for the last year or so, my first reaction was that RS was reporting it as something positive. Nay, nay!! This is a bad thing over there - a VERY BAD thing.
Let that sink in: Getting people covered for medical care is a VERY BAD thing according to them!! I guess they are truly soulless too.
Enrollment in Medicaid under Ohio Governor John Kasich’s Obamacare expansion has rocketed to 285,553 in just six months, serving as a warning to other states still considering Medicaid expansion.
"A warning" Jason says. Watch out governors that have managed to avoid the peril that is expanded Medicaid. Accepting it will cause lots and lots of your citizens to get health care coverage. They'll probably even go to your state's medical facilities and get cared for like human beings once they have their newly minted Medicaid insurance cards. The crowded rooms there might cause some of your hard-working, tax-paying, white, drug-free, respectable citizens to have to wait 20 extra minutes for a doctor, or worse yet, not get care at all. Wouldn't want that to happen, would we?
Worse yet, it will probably inspire some of your citizens to quit working and just go on Medicaid and other welfare programs because there is now no incentive to work at all. Just look at Ohio - thousands and thousands of jobs going unfilled every day because everyone now gets medical care for nothing.
Here's the money-quote:
Nearly all of those covered by Kasich’s Obamacare expansion are able-bodied childless adults.
Those dirty rotten able-bodied adults that don't make enough money to afford other insurances are now sponging off the system in Ohio.
Tell you what Jason: How about if you get yourself some of that too! By God if those dirty poor people can get it for free, then you should too. You deserve it Jason. You work hard and this would be an opportunity for the government to do something good for you, for once. All of us here at DK want you to have that too Jason. It would be one of the best things for you (and everyone else) that we can imagine.
