You probably saw Marcos' diary this morning stating Daily Koss will not be attanding NN 2015 in Arizonia. This is my sixth year attending Netroots Nation. In the first several years that I attended often there were two (or more) topics I found intensely interesting going on simultaneously during many of the time slots. So much so that I wished I could be in two or three places at once.
This year and last I've struggled to find topics I'm very interested in. I've shared my impression with a few other Kossacks including Meteor Blades and Tex-Mex who share my perception. Others disagree vehemently. There are more jargon filled sessions aimed at technocrats, to fine tune their targeting or outreach techniques. I've also heard of worthy topics being rejected despite being submitted year after year.
If you attended a couple of Netroots Nations please share your impressions of the quality of the sessions being selected.
