There is an old tale that goes something like this:
If you let an animal taste blood, they will become vicious and attack other red-blooded animals.
I wonder if that same analogy can be said for tasting oil?
Dick Cheney is allegedly a red-blooded animal. Yet, Dick Cheney is a single-thinker: Oil ... more oil ... blood for oil ... must have oil ... how to get more oil!
Cheney is an oil addict.
We already know that in order to get his oil fix: Vice President, Dick Cheney:
let over 4,800 U.S. men and women in uniform to die,
let over 320,000 Vets suffer brain injury
let over 200,000 Iraqi civilians die,
let over 3.5 million Iraqi civilians become displaced,
allowed for the creation of terrorist group ISIL (which Cheney called: al-Qaeda in Iraq),
allowed for the destabilization of the Middle East,
allowed for Private Oil Corporations take over Iraqi Oil
In February of this year, Dick Cheney complained to his demented lap-dog, Sean Hannity that President Obama would rather feed America's poor families than unnecessarily increase funding for the Military Industrial Complex
CHENEY: "He'd [Obama] much rather spend the money on food stamps than he would on a strong military or support for our troops,"
Yeah, F#%k the poor, right Dick, right Sean.
Well, Dick Cheney is not done. Cheney's blood for oil quest speeds on and he is asking the House Republicans to pump more unnecessary funding to the Military Industrial Complex.
Yesterday, in a secret, closed-door meeting with Republicans, Dick Cheney begged them to increase military funding for the military industrial complex.
The Guardian reports
But he [Cheney] decried what Republicans perceive to be president Barack Obama’s “weakness”, said legislators should boost military spending and provided a neo-conservative analysis of the conflict embroiling the Middle East.
New York Daily
reported
Cheney warned “how unprepared the U.S. military is for any kind of medium- or large-scale engagement against ISIS because the administration is cutting the military so much,” a source at the meeting told the Washington Examiner.

Cheney, who has never disavowed his support for the since-unpopular Iraq launched under President George W. Bush, talked “about how unprepared the U.S. military is for any kind of medium- or large-scale engagement against ISIS because the administration is cutting the military so much,” according to a source who was present for the discussion.
Bloomberg
reports that Rep. Tom Cole (R) said Cheney is concerned that the U.S. military is declining.
“If there was a single takeaway, it was that we’ve got to stop this decline of the American military,” Cole said.
The Hill
reports that Cheney resorted to fearmongering "be afraid BE VERY AFRAID"
Cheney said “the country’s under great threat and without strong and decisive action the country will be under even more threat,” said Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-N.J.), a member of the Intelligence Committee.
The Hill went on to write:
Cheney said Obama “has actually done things that have supported the Muslim Brotherhood.”
The former vice president then went on to name the Muslim Brotherhood as “the beginning of all the Islamist groups that we’re dealing with now like Hamas and ISIS.”
Yeah, cuz gawd knows the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas and ISIS were not even thought of before President Obama came to office.
Muslim Brotherhood did not really exist before 2009
[2004] For decades, the Brotherhood enjoyed the support of the government of Saudi Arabia and its oil billions, which helped the group expand in the United States.
~2004 Washington Post excerpt
Hamas did not
really exist in 2006:
President Bush accepted the stunning election results in the Palestinian territories yesterday with a conciliatory tone, saying the landslide victory of the militant Islamic group Hamas was rejection of the "status quo" and a repudiation of the "old guard" that had failed to provide honest government and services.
~ 2006 Washington Post Excerpt
ISIL, also known as: al-Qaeda In Iraq (AIQ) was not really formed in 2004 by Abu Musab al - Zarqawi after Bush and Cheney invaded Iraq for oil
January 2005, Osama bin Laden tasked the terrorist Zarqawi -- who was then al Qaeda's top leader in Iraq -- with forming a cell to conduct terrorist attacks outside of Iraq. Bin Laden emphasized that America should be Zarqawi's number one priority in terms of foreign attacks.
~President Bush speech May 23, 2007
We could write thousands of diaries and volumes of books to describe the sinister blood for oil plot by Dick Cheney. And we could include, in each one, the huge role Saudi Arabia plays in funding Terrorist Groups: ISIL, al Qaeda, Hamas, etc.
But, instead, I will just summarize: Dick Cheney does not care if thousands and thousands of other people's children die in his blood for oil quest. Saudi Arabia plays America like a fiddle by funding Terrorist groups while at the same time, convincing American media that the U.S. should be Saudi Arabia's army and fight any country Saudi Arabia tells us to.
ANDREA MITCHELL:
It's going to take a while because you can't totally roll back. You can't in fact roll back what happened for three years. The Saudis and others in the region are very upset, they're angry, they don't trust this president to go after Assad, because he didn't.
~Andrea Mitchell to stupid Chuck Todd on Meet the Press 9/7/2014
Andrea Mitchell should be saying: Saudi Arabi, fight your own GD wars and stop funding Terrorist groups!
Look, the mere fact Dick Cheney met with dipsh'ts in the Republican House and begged, for lack of a better word, for military industrial money is proof enough to me that that old, nasty, worthless thing is still trying to get his blood for oil fix.
Unlike Dick Cheney, I do not wish death upon anyone, not even Dick Cheney, but, in the words of Elvis Costello, this is how I feel: "Because there's one thing I know, I'd like to live long enough to savour That's when they finally put [Cheney] in the ground I'll stand on [his] grave and tramp the dirt down."
Tramp The Dirt Down
I saw a newspaper picture from the political campaign
A woman was kissing a child, who was obviously in pain
She spills with compassion, as that young child's face in her hands she grips
Can you imagine all that greed and avarice coming down on that child's lips?
Well I hope I don't die too soon, I pray the Lord my soul to save
Yes, I'll be a good boy, I'm trying so hard to behave
Because there's one thing I know, I'd like to live long enough to savour
That's when they finally put you in the ground
I'll stand on your grave and tramp the dirt down
When England was the whore of the world, Margaret was her madam
And the future looked as bright and as clear as the black tarmacadam
Well I hope that she sleeps well at night, isn't haunted by every tiny detail
When she held that lovely face in her hands all she thought of was betrayal
And now the cynical ones say that it all ends the same in the long run
Try telling that to the desperate father who just squeezed the life from his only son
And how it's only voices in your head and dreams you never dreamt
Try telling him the subtle difference between justice and contempt
Try telling me she isn't angry with this pitiful discontent
When they flaunt it in your face as you line up for punishment
And then expect you to say "Thank you", straighten up, look proud and pleased
Because you've only got the symptoms, you haven't got the whole disease
Just like a schoolboy, whose head's like a tin-can
Filled up with dreams then poured down the drain
Try telling that to the boys on both sides, being blown to bits or beaten and maimed
Who takes all the glory but none of the shame?
Well I hope you live long now, I pray the Lord your soul to keep
I think I'll be going before we fold our arms and start to weep
I never thought for a moment that human life could be so cheap
But when they finally put you in the ground
They'll stand there laughing and tramp the dirt down
~Elvis Costello
