Winning a Republican primary can be a lot like winning best costume at a Duck Dynasty party. In Oregon, that costume doesn't fly very well during the General Election drive. She did not participate in a prearranged conference call with the East Oregonian editorial board as scheduled earlier this month. She later did the same to the Willamette Week and refused to participate in a debate hosted by KGW-TV and The Oregonian .....
