The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is still polling in Kentucky and could go back on television against Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell during the final two weeks of the campaign.
... DSCC Chairman Michael Bennet pushed back hard against the idea — driven by the expiration of the committee’s television ad reservations — that the national party has given up ....

... a SurveyUSA poll last week put Grimes ahead by 2 percentage points.
Grimes raised $4.9 million in the third quarter and announced Tuesday that she has $4.4 million cash on hand. ....
DSCC Executive Director Guy Cecil tweeted Tuesday night that he had just wired $300,000 for get-out-the-vote efforts in the state. ....

With a close election, we need to not only be alert about media manipulation, basically voter manipulation, but also the usual shenanigans Republicans pull to shave points. The KY story is a good example of how perceptions are being influenced contrary to the facts.
