I do not know.... I know I am not going to hell, as far as I know no place exists, sorry Christian folks.
I am Jewish, when you die you either go to Heaven or you basically go nowhere.
A good site btw, for Judaism and the afterlife is HERE
I am not here to tell others where they are or might be going. Feh, I have enough of a hard time trying to figure out where the heck where I am going to end up.
Anyway I was wondering about this the other day. I try to be a good person. I give to charities, I try to be the proverbial "good person."
I am not overly religious, I go to synagogue about 10 times a year, I celebrate the main and some of the minor holidays, I support the state of Israel (To much so, according to some), but at the same time I doubt the existence of G_D at times, but that's not the big no no thing I am confessing to here.... I think to be Jewish, heck to be human one has had to doubt G_D's existence at one time or another.
But I am talking about keeping kosher. Give me jellyfish, octopus, eel, squid, shrimp, any kind of shell fish, catfish, and I can dine for hours.
I go out every weekend, or most week ends, with a few friends who are conservedox, who keep kosher, who would never eat such 'dreck'.
Sigh...that is the thing that bothers me about religion...., in all seriousness.
We cannot know until it is too late. So the best thing to do is to live as best life as possible, to be a mensch, to serve man, and let the other stuff sort it self out.
