As I flew at an altitude of 39,000 feet over to the time sucker that is YouTube, and since I had watched a Jefferson Airplane video of Volunteers, there on the suggested list was "Fat angel" off the "Bless its pointed little head" album.
When my band ends our gigs we usually end with "We gotta get out of this place" by the Animals. During the extended guitar break, we switch into "Fat angel" and then back to out of this place. Its always fun to mix tunes together.
I then moved over to the original Donovan version of Fat angel to compare the two. Of course this lead to inevitable sidebar viewing orgy.

Finbar Furey did Colours which lead me to Come by the hills by Finbar and Eddie Furey, one of my all time favorites. And then about 5 tunes by them 'cause I love their accents.
