Chicago voters go to the polls today in the non-partisan mayoral primary. Incumbent Mayor Rahm Emanuel is hoping to win a majority of the vote: If he fails, he'll be forced into an April runoff. Cook County Commissioner Jesus "Chuy" Garcia is expected to take second place, with businessman Willie Wilson and Ald. Bob Fioretti also in the mix. The polls close at 8 PM ET.
