A friend of mine recently began volunteering at a shelter in Texas. Recently, she encountered a puppy whose front legs don't seem to work right, and she captured the following moment on video.
She's asked me to reach out to various places and people I know in the hopes we can find someone who's willing to invest the time and love that a special little guy like this is going to need. They're not quite sure if what's wrong with his front legs is fixable, but it's pretty clear he's not about to let that stop him.

As I recall, there's a pretty significant group of dog lovers about here and I promised I'd reach out anywhere I could think of. Please check out the video. We want him to have the best chance he can.
For those wanting to support the pup, apparently there is a gofundme in the works, and obviously, the shelter won't be answering calls today. Holiday and all. I probably should have thought of that and waited to post until tomorrow. xD
Updated: Thank you for all the suggestions and help! I've added the go fund me link here now.

He is getting a full evaluation tomorrow. He does look like, based on the discussions below, a swimmer puppy and I'll let folks know the results here when I get them. :)

Thanks again, folks!
