At Lake Opechee Inn, in Laconia, New Hampshire, a mixed crowd of well dressed retirees, middle aged working people, some of us old hippies and many dozens of young people filled the room to capacity, with a couple of rows of folks standing around the back.
Throughout his speech, amid many breaks for applause, Bernie actually enticed 400 plus reticent New Englanders to jump to their feet for two enthusiastic standing ovations for his promise to stand against the TPP and the Koch brothers ownership of everything.
This venue was his third appearance for the day and he was energized.

It was a rainy, cold afternoon and the parking lot was jammed.
One woman walked up to me and said she was excited and on the verge of tears.
I admit i was right there with her.
Bernie, thank you for running and thank you for all you have done for us over the years.
