Thanks to all of you who shared your views on how it was so foul of me to compare Palin with Bernie. You see, you jumped at the obvious references to Bern's far superior intellect without commenting at all on the five reasons why he can't win that I articulated here:

I'm even more convinced (after reading so many of your comments) that the zeal of the Palin's voter was exactly on par with the admiration many of you feel for Bernie today.
EMPTY ADMIRATION FOR A CANDIDATE WHO CAN NEVER WIN
I remember well debating so many cons on how there was no way under the sun Palin could win. I once wrote 10 reasons Palin could win and was insulted down as a troll as I've been labeled here today.
It's funny how not a single one of you tried to change my mind--even though I clearly shared that I've run the Souls-to-the-Polls events in my region for over a decade.
So when I send my communication to the hundreds of churches who are waiting for direction next week, what should I say about Bernie's record with minorities?
What?? Talking about me won't cut it.
What should I say to these ministers who are against his stance on guns? Regulating Wall Street ain't selling and none of you have given me a single reason to change my mind---much less the hundreds of black churches I represent.
So yes--the fervor of the Palinites and Bernieites look similar and neither of them could or will win. I'm not interested in childish name-calling or arguing with any of you about my thoughts. I'm all about keeping the White House out of the hands of those crazy cons.
However, I am hoping someone can give me a substantive response to the five issues I mentioned because I still can't see a reason to vote for Bernie.
Thanks again for reading my thoughts.
