The Democratic race is
far from over, but on Friday
Gallup released polling showing that Hillary Clinton's favorability ratings remain high and basically unchanged over the last several months.
But as other national polls have shown, Bernie Sanders' favorables have gained the most since March.
Sanders has seen the biggest increase in his favorability rating among Democrats, consequently causing his net favorable score to increase from +13 in March to +29 in July. But for the time period beginning Jul. 8 to Aug. 18, Democrats' views of their party's presidential candidates have been remarkably stable, even as the campaign heats up in unexpected ways.
It's also worth noting that about nine in 10 Democrats say they know enough about Clinton to have an opinion on her, whereas from Aug. 5-18, only about 47 percent of Dems said they were familiar with Sanders (similar to his July numbers).
