Today's Bloomberg/Selzer national poll finds
HRC at 33, Biden at 25 and Sanders at 24.
Selzer is an A+ pollster per 538.
33% of the respondents hadn't heard of Sanders, and 15% of the respondents are not sure/uncommitted. What does that mean? It means at least 18% of the respondents said they supported Clinton or Biden by default without knowing a damn thing about Sanders. Ultimately, it means Sanders needs maybe as little as 4.5% of that 33% to pull into a tie with HRC nationally.
How many of these people became disengaged because they felt establishment politics didn't represent their interests? How many of these people have been tuning out the cable news shows and Sunday morning public affairs shows which could give them exposure to Bernie's message? Probably more than 4.5% of the Democratic electorate!
We have a race here, and anyone who says they know how it ends, is full of it. We haven't even seen the opening salvos of the debate and ad wars.
