To no one's surprise, Steve Inskeep and Mara Liasson, like good soldiers, did their best on Morning Edition to bury the obvious. Reporting on a supposed much-desired democratic alternative to Hillary Clinton, they spent a good two and a half minutes documenting in close detail Biden's deliberation, all but begging for him to enter the fray. And would you bet, nary a single peep of the white-haired socialist from Vermont? The narrative of a democratic electorate desperate for an 'alternative' to Hillary other than 'he who shall not be named' is being fiercely sold by our national media.
