Seriously, we get it.
Yes, there are some distinct contrasts to be made between Ms. Clinton and Mr. Sanders, but can't we bring those contrasts to light in a way that doesn't result in valuable opposition research that will undoubtedly be used by the GOP in the general election?
After all, they're simply not that good at original messaging, particularly when the message is aimed at those that exist outside the mainstream conservative bubble, and that's to whom these better researched, but almost equally hyperbolic, Democrat on Democrat criticisms target best. And they will use them, ad nauseum.
All this vitriol will harm the eventual Democratic nominee, to whom we should all endeavor to support, for glaringly obvious reasons. That that nominee will not be our perfect choice is a given.
My largest concern, given what I believe is the inevitability of Ms. Clinton's general election candidacy, is that those referred to as "Bernie Bros" will allow spite to rationalize their decision to "take their ball and go home", thus cutting off the nose of the Nation... simply because the majority of Democrats didn't agree upon which candidate could best be hoped to prevail in November.
That is the infantilism that worries me. It would make Ralph Nader proud.
