Well, I still don’t know what’s up with DK5 and me. One thing I do know is there are specific things that individuals experience that no one else does. For instance, I can’t edit diaries stories, no matter what. If I start a draft and then “Save Draft,” that’s it. I can no longer do any editing. So, the only thing I can do is write the whole thing out once, proof read it and then save it. That’s my only shot. Also, if I put an image in after I write stuff, all my writing disappears completely. So weird, and I must confess, very frustrating. Oh well. Here’s a picture smileycreek took yesterday afternoon:
I wanted to make a little diary about bitter foods. I came across an article a couple weeks ago when searching bitter beers. Azazello did a CUA diary story about beers. Some people really like the current fad of microbreweries creating all these IPA bitter beers. It seems the more hoppy and bitter the better. Not my thing. WELL, it turns out that folks that like bitter foods and drinks lean towards being mean, sadistic and psychopathic. I really don’t know if this is true since only 1000 people took the test.
"The results suggest that how much people like bitter tasting foods and drinks is stably tied to how dark their personality is."
Here’s a link to the article (short and not much to it, but it did get my attention only because I don’t like bitter beer and others do. I don’t know how much credence can be put into articles written for Review.com

For shits and giggles, here’s another picture smileycreek took yesterday:
Kitchen Table Kibitzing is a community series for those who wish to share part of the evening around a virtual kitchen table with kossacks who are caring and supportive of one another. So bring your stories, jokes, photos, funny pics, music, and interesting videos, as well as links—including quotations—to diaries, news stories, and books that you think this community would appreciate. Readers may notice that most who post diaries and comments in this series already know one another to some degree, but newcomers should not feel excluded. We welcome guests at our kitchen table, and hope to make some new friends as well.
What do you want to kibitz about tonight?
