LIBEL is a legal action that individuals and corporations (including 501c-3 charities like PP) can take to recover damages from those who publish defamatory lies about their activities. If a story or video is based on forged or false information an injured party can sometimes recover damages . A British former MP of my acquaintance recovered 7 figure damages in the courts when articles based on forged documents were published in British newspapers a decade ago.

When I was board member with the Minnesota Public Interest Research Group out of the U of M Graduate School of Economics a few decades back our legal director filed five successful federal motions on five successive days. I am surprised that Planned Parenthood, its allies or some bored attorneys have not already dragged these !@#$%^^ into court for a long overdue clock cleaning.
