Oh, hello there!
So, I attempted to post this last night in the Open Thread, and discovered the true extent to which DK5 and my SG4 DO NOT MIX. I mean ugh. But for the moment, bygones; TODAY, here’s a few photos from office activities Monday and Wednesday.
Monday was Cleanup Day, Volunteers showed up around the lunch hour, and again in the evening, to clean up the space in Edgewater, at 5705 W. 25th Ave. It wasn’t bad; just needed a lil’ sweep, vac, & wipe to be ready.
I couldn’t even tell you what all got done Tuesday, as anyone who could stayed home while an amount of snow that no one had been discussing most of Monday decided to come hang out.
But by Wednesday night, everything was completely officed and ready to Bern.
So if you are reading this from the Denver area, or points nearby, and you haven’t gotten active yet, now’s the time. We are focused on making calls to Bernie folks who haven’t yet registered as Democrats, and who now have less than two weeks to do so. We are also getting our House District leadership teams together; that is happening not only at the office, but at Debate Watch Parties this Saturday. Please attend the one in your HD to meet your neighbors, so that after the holiday crazy wave has crested and subsided, you’ll all be ready to Bern Up your HD for the caucus.
All upcoming Events, including Debate Parties, within 20 miles of downtown Denver.
The campaign will be opening other offices in January: one on the east side, potentially Aurora, and then several others outside Denver metro.
And, if you are in North Denver, or Adams County, message me! I know people around you and can get you going. If you are in HD 32 specifically, come on over Saturday night to our HD’s Wine And Cheese Debate Watch Party. I’ll be making and bringing eggnog for dessert.
See you soon!
