So. Are you into New Year’s Resolutions? Statistics show that only 38 percent of us never do so.

Ok...not such a bad list of ideal traits to have. But how about the outcomes?
Well, there does seem to be an age difference, with 39 percent of people in their 20s saying they see achievement of their resolutions, well only 14 percent of people over the age of 50 claim the same thing.
Of course how successful the resolution is, that is another question:

The good news? If you do explicitly make a resolution you are 10 times more likely to gain your goals compared to others that did not have explicitly stated resolutions.
